Germany’s BWFF awards ‘The Sprayer’

The Better World Film Festival (BWFF) in Germany has awarded Iranian animation ‘The Sprayer’.

‘The Sprayer’ won the Best Animation award at the 3rd edition of the German event, according to the Institute for Intellectual Development of Children and Young Adults, the film’s producer.

“One day, a soldier finds a seed buried deep down in the dust...,” a synopsis for the film reads.

‘The Sprayer’ is directed by Farnoush Aabedi.

Last week, the film took part in the DC Shorts Film Festival in the US.

BWFF is an international film festival that presents films that offer solutions for a better world.

“All genres are admitted. There will be no time limit and no limitation of the production year”, the events website reads.

The 3rd Better World Film Festival took place on September 13.
